Request deletion
- Email support@iskind.net from the email address linked to your account.
- Use the subject “Account deletion request”.
- Tell us whether the request is for Meditate, Gratitude, or both.
If you no longer have access to that email address, contact us so we can discuss another way to verify ownership. Do not send your password.
What happens next
We verify the request and remove the account and associated personal data that we are not required or entitled to retain. This includes the relevant profile and app content tied to the account. We will explain any exceptions when responding. Copies other people have independently saved cannot necessarily be removed by us.
Limited records may be retained where needed for legal obligations, security or resolving disputes. Backup copies can remain until their normal expiry. We respond to data-rights requests within the applicable legal time limits.
Google sign-in
You can remove the app’s connection in your Google account settings. Removing that connection stops the connection with Google but does not automatically delete your Meditate or Gratitude account. Please submit the request above as well.
