Information we use
When you create an account, we use account identifiers, your email address and profile details. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, email address and basic profile information that Google supplies, such as your name and profile picture. Google sign-in is used to authenticate you and connect you to your account; it does not give us access to your Gmail, Google Drive or contacts.
Meditate processes meditation selections, preferences, favourites and session or usage information to provide its features. Gratitude processes the entries, images, circle membership and other content you choose to create or share. Content shared with a circle is visible to the relevant members. Consider who can see your content before sharing personal information.
When you contact support, we receive the details you provide. Hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, device or browser details, request times and error logs.
Why we use it
We use information to provide your account and requested app features (performance of our contract with you), protect and maintain the service and respond to enquiries (our legitimate interests), and meet applicable legal obligations. Where a feature requires consent, such as optional notifications, you can withdraw that consent through your device or account settings.
Service providers and AI features
Railway hosts our services and Supabase provides database, storage and authentication infrastructure used by our apps. Google provides Google sign-in. Gratitude uses OpenAI for image generation and Resend for configured account emails. Meditate uses Anthropic for AI-generated scripts and ElevenLabs for generated narration. Inputs needed to fulfil those generation requests are processed by the relevant provider. Avoid putting sensitive personal information into generation requests or support messages.
We share information with providers as needed to operate the requested features, with the people you choose to share content with, and where disclosure is required by law. We do not sell your personal information or use Google account information for advertising. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Cookies and device storage
This NAI information website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Our apps use cookies or local storage for sign-in, preferences and features such as cached content. Blocking essential storage may prevent those features from working. Your browser settings let you remove stored data.
Retention and security
We retain account information and content while needed to provide the service, and for legitimate security, support or legal purposes. The period depends on the type of information and why it is needed. You can request account deletion at any time. Some records may need to be retained for legal reasons, and backup copies may remain until their normal expiry. Access controls and secure connections help protect information; no online service can guarantee complete security.
International processing
Our providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Applicable data protection rules require an appropriate transfer mechanism, such as adequacy arrangements or contractual safeguards. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your data.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your information, or object to its use. Email support@iskind.net from your account email and tell us your request. We may need to verify your identity. See account deletion for practical steps. You can also remove Google access from your Google account connections; this does not itself delete your NAI app account.
You can raise concerns with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your local data protection authority. Please contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information that should be removed.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and provide additional notice of significant changes where required.
