Using NAI
Use the services lawfully and respectfully. Keep your account secure and provide accurate account information. Do not access another person’s account, disrupt the service, or upload unlawful, harmful or infringing material. If you are below the legal age to agree to these terms, use the services only with the appropriate parent or guardian’s permission.
Your wellbeing
Meditate and Gratitude offer general wellbeing tools. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or emergency support. Choose activities that feel appropriate to you, stop if you feel uncomfortable, and seek qualified help when needed. Do not listen to meditations while driving or doing anything that requires your full attention.
Your content
You retain your rights in content you submit. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to provide the features you request, including sharing with the audiences you select. Only upload material you have the right to use. You remain responsible for what you share.
AI and recordings
Some scripts, voices or images are generated using AI and may contain errors or unsuitable material. Use your judgement. App content, branding and recordings are provided for personal use; these terms do not grant rights to redistribute or commercially exploit them.
Availability and payments
Features may change and access can occasionally be interrupted. If a paid feature is offered, its price, billing and cancellation information will be presented before you purchase. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Ending use
You can stop using the services and request deletion of your account. We may restrict accounts where necessary to protect users or address misuse, subject to applicable law.
Responsibility
We take reasonable care in providing the services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits your statutory rights. Links to third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
